October 2
TEA Party at Little Washington
Washington, NC Waterfront

From the Organizers (Patriots 28560 is supporting, please join us!):

Several TEA Party groups are coming together on Oct. 2nd at the waterfront in "Little Washington" for a super TEA Party rally. The hope is that we get a huge crowd and therefore can command some really good speakers and get a lot of press coverage.

Tea Party Mounts Strong Response to Chris Matthews Special Report "The Rise of the 'New' Right"

Click to read The Rise of the New Center, William Temple.
William was featured in the Tea Party Movie, and was front-and-center at the 912 March on the Capitol.

Patriots 28560 presented a free screening of the Tea Party Movie February 29, the one-year anniversary of the Tea Party movement.

Watch this blog, we'll be presenting an encore performance early August in preparation for our trip to DC for the second 912 March. Many of us were at the first, and yes, it was 1.5 million strong.

WW II Veteran's Juggernaut Campaign to STOP the Health Care Takeover

Bert Burnette, Oriental, NC has proven and perfected the Juggernaut Campaign, first implemented for the 912 March on the Capitol. Read a complete overview of Bert's 912 success as reported by the County Compass.

Now we can help Bert STOP the politicians' unprecedented attempt to usurp power and circumvent the will of We the People in their health care takeover attempt.

It's simple. Inexpensive. And extremely effective because it is so VISUAL. Almost as good as seeing 1.5 million people surrounding the United States Capitol.

SEND AN EMPTY MILK JUG (or water jug) TO YOUR REPRESENTATIVE.

You can send this to DC and to your representative's local offices. For North Carolinians -- you can download and print a PDF file from NC Freedom with Senator Kay Hagan's address HERE. Other representatives / states, click here for an already-formatted list (mailing labels) for EVERY House member. Senate address list available HERE.

WE'RE ALMOST OUT OF TIME. Please help us make a stand. NOW. Forward this to a friend. Use the Share button. Add to your Facebook account. Favorite it on YouTube. Tweet and reTweet. Send to the top conservatives on Twitter.

Don't know how to set-up a Twitter account? Visit our How To tab and watch a short You Tube video. It's easy. Do it now. Please.

Don't know who to send to once you have a Twitter account? Visit our Juggernaut tab for a complete overview as well as information for the top conservatives on Twitter. And Patriots 28560 has already tweeted the link to this story. Create your account and reTweet. It's that simple.

We can make the Juggernaut Campaign go viral and we need your help to make it happen. That can only be done using social media, blogs, Twitter, Facebook, MySpace, Ning, anything and everything to get the word out. Create enough activity that we attract the attention of top-level national conservatives who can help us flood the Capitol and state offices with milk jugs to show our contempt for this takeover.

We need to use every weapon in our arsenal of non-violent EFFECTIVE protest. Help us launch the Juggernaut Campaign TODAY. Share and forward NOW.

Tea Party Movie Screening Enjoyed by ALL!

Thanks to the 44 Patriots who attended our free Tea Party Movie screening, we have doubled our attendance since our organizational meeting, just three weeks ago. Please take a few moments to comment and share your impressions of the movie.

Thank you to everyone who adjusted their schedules to accomodate our time change and to the Morehead City Tea Party Patriots for driving our direction this time! Special thanks to Roma and Edith for so graciously donating their portion of our raffle back to help build our operating funds.

Our next event will be Saturday, March 27, Carolina Pines (Township Six) fire station -- a hugely FUN (with a purpose...) sign-making party. Which you will need if you plan to attend a local Tax Day Tea Party Protest or the DC Protest. If you can't attend an April 15th protest, you can still join us in our sign-making. Just send your creation out with another protester.

Watch this blog for start time. Plan to bring posters, markers, creativity and enthusiasm. We'll cover calendar and basic business items, too.

Coordinating With Morehead City Tea Party Patriots

Lillian and I attended Morehead City Tea Party Patriots Tuesday evening meeting. I counted 41 in attendance, we had heard that they were ready to outgrow Cox Restaurant, and they are! Hope we can create as much excitement and success with our new group. Of those in attendance, fully half had made the trek to DC for the 912 March. That event was my first experience with the MC Tea Party Patriots and I'm very glad I found them.

We provided their members a brief overview of who we are, how many were at our first meeting, and expressed our desire to coordinate for local and national events. We hope to have quite a few MC TPPs join us at our FREE Tea Party Movie screening. They're hard at work on their April 15th rally and will likely show the movie after that event. We invited their members to come see it with us, then take friends and see it again in Morehead City. It's that good, you will want to see it again, and share with family and friends.
