Orwellian Speak. Soviet Speak. Big Brother is Watching. Obama already has the ability to shut down Americans' access to the Internet for up to 120 days without Congressional oversight or approval. This, coming after the recess apointment of Dr. Donald Berwick to be the "Redistribution and Rationing Medicare Czar", is yet another in-your-face challenge to our Constitutional system of checks and balances.
