Liberty and Tyranny

Synonyms for the TSA: totalitarian, despotism, authoritarian, police state, Orwellian, draconian, tyrannical, dictatorship, autocracy, fascism, oligarchy.

Antonyms for the TSA: democracy, freedom, liberty, representative government, equality, emancipation, republic, egalitarianism.

Terrorism
1. the use of violence and threats to intimidate or coerce, especially for political purposes.
2. the state of fear and submission produced by terrorism or terrorization.
3. a terroristic method of governing or of resisting a government.

People are intimated, coerced and in a state of fear and submission based upon TSA actions and threats.

I fly for business several times each month and am concerned about TSA's new "enhanced security" methods for several reasons: safety, privacy, ineffective procedures, and most importantly, the procedures are a violation of my Fourth Amendment rights.

The Backscatter X-Ray Scanners, aka Porno Scanners have not been adequately tested for health impact and the safety data cited is provided by the machine's manufacturers' and government contractors who are in many cases, former administration officials. Providers of the machines have a vested financial interest in their deployment.

Pay particular attention to the comment that, "We would fix any problems (related to unreasonable search and seizure) after it's law and if needed." What part of the Constitution do they not understand? We are losing our freedoms at an incredible pace.

This bill will also increase your costs re: credit and debit cards and give merchants more control over fee assessment. Which means your credit union or bank will suffer and will not be able to offer members the lowest fees possible. Just another "hidden" cost of the socialist agenda that is being systematically pushed down the collective throat of the American people.

Not as sinister in presentation but with as much potential for "re-education" efforts... read about Alexandria, VA pending introduction of RFID (tracking chip) recycling bins. And don't forget the government proposal to add a black box to every vehicle produced, at a cost of "only" $8 per vehicle. Easy to do now that Obama has taken over GM. While the expense to the automaker is "low" the cost to our freedom of movement and freedom of assembly is immeasurable.
