Update: Talked to Rep McIntyre's staff yesterday when we were in DC and they told me he was still undecided and waiting to read the bill before making a decision. Actually got through to his office a few minutes ago and they told me he was a "No." I asked if anything could change that, and the staffer replied that it was a definite "No."
